Founded In 2022, Capital Musubi Was Created By Founders Who Share The Love Of Musubi…
Craveable, Affordable, and, Plentiful, it was often our go-to for a snack or meal. Now with families of our own, we are continuing with this tradition and hoping to share our fondness of musubis with everyone. Capital Musubi proudly offers a modern twist on the traditional musubi. We’ve supersized our musubis and created many fun and delicious flavors so that everyone of all ages can enjoy them. We also offer a wide selection of rice bowls on our menu. We hope that your visit to our stores will help cultivate the same fond memories as musubis did with our families
How it started
Capital Musubi is founded by two busy moms with love to pack fresh, convenience, easy to eat foods for their kids. as the kids growing up with their busy schedules, so did they appetites. From packing a dozen traditional musubis for their snacks during their sport practices, we ended up creating bigger musubis where we can put different fillings, alas…that’s the beginning of our Supersize Musubis.
