Now with families of our own, we are continuing with this tradition and hoping to share our fondness of musubis with everyone. Capital Musubi proudly offers a modern twist on the traditional musubi. We’ve supersized our musubis and created many fun and delicious flavors so that everyone of all ages can enjoy them. We also offer a wide selection of rice bowls on our menu. How it started
Daniel joined the Serious Eats culinary team in 2014 and has been writing recipes, equipment reviews, articles on cooking techniques, and more ever since. Prior to that he was a food editor at Food & Wine magazine, and the staff writer for Time Out New York’s restaurant and bars section. He has been nominated twice for an IACP award in instructional food writing.
